1: Your English is not bad. and you have the coolest signiture ever.
2: Nice picture (Reincarnation). The claws, veins, texturing went really good. I expect a lot good work from you in the future.
Maybe one tip: her neck looks a bit stiff (I know it's not a comfortable position), but maybe that looks that way, because the part from the nipple to the neck is straight. turning the head or puttung the shoulder a bit higher (break the straight line) would make a lot of difference.

I think is a good thing to respons/motivate/help artists who have a lot of potential or good drawing skill like you. But on deviant it is mostly compliments and on cg is it hard to get comments if your not famous or something, which is a pity I think.
About the colours: I mostly use safe colourpalet, but thanks to photoshop we have the option to use a brush with the function "mode"=> example"soft light", so we can change colour in whatever we want I just experiment a lot and everything is changing all the time.
